MP3Gain and ReplayGain 2.0/R128/A85

I typically use MP3GainGUI to apply the ReplayGain 1.0 algorithm to my compressed MP3s.  Is there any software - MP3Gain or similar - that would allow a casual user such as myself to easily apply the improved ReplayGain 2.0 algorithm, aka R128 and A/85?

foobar2000, otherwise feel comfortable knowing that the new algorithm will most likely differ from the old one by only a dB or two.

Can foobar2000 be used to do this from the command-line, or only interactively?
