Yes, it is possible if you created a CUE sheet when you ripped the files:
http://blowfish.be/eac/Burn/burn.html If you just want to burn some audio tracks to a CD-R, you may want to use Burrrn! I noted in another thread that you tried and failed at burning with foobar2000. I suggest you update to latest version of foobar and try again. No reason it shouldn't work. |

No, it is not possible for EAC to burn wavpack or flac directly. AFAIK, the only lossless format that EAC can handle is Monkey's Audio. This post has been edited by greynol: Oct 4 2010, 18:40 -------------------- Everything sounds the same until it is proven otherwise.

I know you're looking for a "direct" method through EAC, but the easiest way is to just decompress the compressed/lossless files to WAV and then burn with the EAC writer. Just delete the WAV files when you're done.
I find the CD-Writer in EAC to be very good and useful IMO. You can use the free version of dBpoweramp to decompress to WAV. (It's not multi-threaded like the paid version but it won't matter as it only uses one thread to decompress files to WAV anyway.) If you've created a cue sheet in EAC with multiple WAV files/noncompliant then everything should just work. It's a lot easier than I've made it sound. -------------------- The Loudness War is over.
