Seems, that I've found a bug.
I am running 1.1.13 at Win7. I am using this options: Always show notification area icon Minimize to notification area Sometimes, after minimizing/maximizing foobar main window strange things began to happen. There is a possibility that after minimizing foobar, window will left in taskbar. After clicking on this window, you will get two foobar windows in taskbar. Restarting application helps, but problem can reappear after sometimes. Unfortunately, I can't write a complete step list, which leads to bug. If anyone have this bug too, please confirm. |

It's either a feature or bug in Windows 7 that makes non-visible windows not appear in taskbar if they are "hidden".
I should add that it's only if you have the programs pinned to taskbar. This post has been edited by Andreasvb: Jul 6 2012, 13:50 |

You should not be able to launch multiple instances of foobar2000 on the same installation, as it uses named mutual exclusion (mutex) objects specific to each installation directory. Unless you are using some other hack which allows multiple instances to run from the same installation.
foobar2000 depends on this mechanism so that other instances of itself may send files to the instance which is already running. |

No, this bug can be peroduced with usage of single foobar2000 instance. And no, I do not have pinned foobsar to taskbar. |

Can't reproduce on Windows 8 RP.
Every time I click on the notification area icon it shows/hides the foobar2000 button on Taskbar. |
