E-MU 1212M v2 (version 2)

There is version 2 to the E-mu 1212m card, i was wondering if any of you guys knew what was changed or whats new in version 2?

I've noticed there are two pictures of the 1212m floating around, one that's on e-mu's site under the product description, and one with firewire on either the daughter or the main pci card. Which version is better?

Thanks for your time, your replies are very much appreciated.

I'll try calling again today, been on hold forever. I'll report back the differences and upgrades to those that are interested.

I have the v2: this version lacks firewire.
Don't know about any other differences.

Turns out e-mailing E-MU was more effective (vs. calling). I received a reply in less than 24 hours (more like a few hours since I e-mailed them in the  morning).

Here's the transcript of the e-mail:

Dear Valued E-MU Customer;

Thank your for your email. The 1212M V2 replaces the previous 1212M. The difference is that the 1010 V2 PCI card is now lead free (new requirement for selling products in Europe) and that it can be used with the 1616/1616M MicroDock where the previous 1010 PCI card can only be used with the 1820/1820M AudioDock.
