Use foobar2000 for long
However, it worked quite well till recently i replace my HDD of my laptop and install a new win7 system(also installed on the old HDD).
Then i launch the foobar 1.1.15(copied just from the old HDD, same path and configuration), other encoders work just as before except the fooCDtect2, encountering an error just like following

i found that the encoder just not creat a valid *.aucdtect file(the temp file size is 0K while encoding)
cos the whole folder just as befoe, as well as the config, i thought it results from the lack of a certain necessary running library or components of the system, but i just cannot figure out which one.
and here is my config of fooCDtect(work well on the old system)

any one who knows why the error occurs?

This looks like my config, except my foocdtect is in my foobar roaming folder. Also, checking files outside of media library places fails for me.
