I need a few plugins namely:
First stereo widening to 7.1 Second transferring the stereo to side channels in 7.1 3rd transmitting stereo to rear channels in 7.1 4th Copying or cutting (preferably with a choice or 2 separate plugs) low frequency (preferably with the ability to determine from which frequency) to the subwoofer 5th Copying or cutting (preferably with a choice or 2 separate plugs) high frequency (preferably with the ability to determine what is the frequency of) to the central channel Thanks for your help. |

I think FreeSurround comes closest to what you're looking for. It appears to be actively maintained (as the last update was in July), so hopefully the developer will answer any questions you might have.
