Sorting by artist - album - year

Hi:

I can't, for the love of God, figure out how to permanently sort my music by album, and then year. Does anyone know how? I would love any help, at all. I'm using foobar (obviously) with ColumnsUI.

P.S. Please don't tell me "Edit -> Sort -> Sort by...". That changes as soon as you use a filter, which defeats the purpose of permanence.

check this if you use album list panel
if you use filters, its settings are in filters preferences

I don't use album list panel, I use NG playlist. My album list panel automatically sorts by year, just not NGPlaylist.
