Trimming Ogg Vorbis Encoded Files, Can it be done without decoding? |

I am sorry if this has been posted before. I did search the forum and was not able to find anything.
Is it possible to trim an ogg vorbis encoded file without decoding it to wav first. I have a -q 6 ogg file that I want to chop the last three minutes off of, but I don't want to decode it and then re-encode it so that I suffer more degradation in the file. |

The official vorbis-tools package includes vcut, which cuts Ogg Vorbis files sample exact:
