Hi,
I've setup ampache, but I would like to stream my mp3's via https (with self signed certificate). Unfortunately I'm getting following errors in foobar: CODE Unable to open item for playback (Security error) Can foobar stream https? -------------------- Pozdrowienia.

sorry for bumping this old post, but I have the exact same question and problem.
Google searches don't yield any answers.. Has anyone gotten https streaming to work? Foobar seems to trip over the certificate... just plainly rejects it. Other players at least show me a prompt saying the certificate is dangerous.. I guess there isn't a way to force foobar2000 to accept the certificate? |
