Call for developers

I'm getting a PDA soon, Tungsten T3 with Palm OS. I was looking for media players for it, and one of the more popular ones seems to be Pocket Tunes. It supports plugins, so I sent them the following mail:

Interesting idea.  This is not something I will have time to work on in the
near future, unfortunately.  But we have a plugin API, and I could send a
sample of the API to a developer willing to work on this.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!

Is anyone willing to work on this? Peter said it shouldn't be too difficult to do. I'm sure a lot of people would be grateful.

I e-mailed the developer of MMPlayer, asking for MPC support, and got this reply back:

I think it's a good idea. It's not high on our priority list, but we can add
it when we have some time.
(the LGPL library makes it very easy for us)

There is hope.

Hi,

Picard, the developer of betaplayer, seems to be interested in porting to palm. Maybe it would be a good idea to use this code, which supports mpc, as a template?
