[TOS 5+7] about seperate fb2k UI subforum

Frankly I find it extremely nonlogical to suffocate a plugin by saying its halting other plugin development! As I said in that topic, I think that the principal value of Panels UI is to integrate components into a single coherent interface, and since foobar has multiple user interfaces I think that a separate subforum is a good move. Come on, there is the default ui, columns, foo looks  and panels. The search of the forum would be much easier if there was a single subforum for display questions.

Unfortunately, it seems that there is a general opinion that one has to study C++ in order to configure the interface. I've never seen a plugin developer being treated like that.
