MPEG-DASH files not supported?

I've got some M4A audio files like the one below, that can't be played by foobar2000 :

Is there any way to support these files ?

Use any MP4 muxer to remux file into MP4/M4A container. YAMB, FFMPEG, TAudioConverter should work.
