changing playlist from command line without opening foobar?

Hi. I need to change playlists in foobar while it's in notification area! any ideas?
i'm opening foobar with "C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /hide and when I try to "C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /command:load "c:\music.m3u" foobar opens and then loads playlist! Is there any way to do this without foobar opening?

Hmmm... did you try removing the tick from "Bring to front when adding new files" at Preferences > Shell Integration?
