AVI plug-in (convert from AVI to mp3, etc.) needed (if avail.)

Newbie question. I've searched but haven't found a "quick" sol'n -- if there is one.

Spoiled by Foobar's Convert utility. Works for most file types I have. But now I've got an AVI (it's a concert:  video + audio) that Foobar can't Play or Convert. What plug-in am I missing (if avail.) that will allow me to play/convert AVI as readily as another VIDEO+AUDIO format file like MP4.

you could try using this to extract the audio (it's a whole new program, not a component for foobar)

Thx! That worked well and much faster and far less CPU-intensive than handbrake.
