Fix cue sheet files to compatible with foobar2000 v9.x, if you failed on open a cue file with foobar2000 v9.x, you should look Options

foobar2000 v9.x can't recognise the cue sheet files if the FILE TYPE data is none of AIFF, WAVE, MP3.
And, if there is a couple of double quotation marks between an other of double quotation marks in a cue sheet file, foobar2000 v9.x will failed when open the cue.

this application will solve these problem by fix cue file.
