Auto save playlists after every change Options

Is there a way to auto save the playlists after every update (adding file, remove file, played file)? Because its very annoying when the data got lost because of a restart or computer reset.

Ok, it seems I answered my question alone (foo_jesus). But sadly without add and remove recognition. But much better than nothing.

Ok, I tested it, but it isn't helping. Because its just saving the existing config files. But the problem is, that foobar isn't updating its config and status files while it runs. So if i said backup after every played file and kill foobar, it starts playing the file where I last opened foobar and not the really last played file. So whats the use of this?

You said you wanted to save playlists.....

You have to configure the timings so it saves more frequently.

When I said it should make a backup every played file and when I kill it after I played three or more tracks, then it still plays the first track played since I opened foobar. It should not save outdated files, it should bring foobar itself to create updated config/playlist files. If it isn't doing that, as it seems to me, its useless, for me.

Not sure of the nuance of what / when things get saved, but I would like to understand your workflow. Are you experiencing a real problem with multiple OS and Foobar2000 crashes and times where you must kill the Foobar2000 process?

No, sometimes I have to kill Windows, which kills also foobar. After reboot and so on, all the changes in playlist and what I played last since the last foobar start is lost. I make lots of changes in my playlists so, although its seldom where I have to reset Windows, its very annoying when it takes place. As it happend two hours ago. After such, I have to try to figure my changes out and what I played last.
