SSRC High Precision

I made a build of the latest SSRC (v1.28) using High Precision. It was built under MinGW 1.1 and should be fully Win32 compatible. Since this is my first build ever, please report any problems you may be experiencing (and give me solutions to fix them if possible biggrin.gif).
