Decompressing TAK, FLAC. Options

Hello everyone, I am trying to decompress or extract the music within a .TAK and a .FLAC audio file, CDImage.tak & CDImage.flac, problem is that I cannot decompress it with any application not even TAK application it gives me an error:

CDImage.tak Error reading source

1 files with read/write errors.

Those CDImages contain a Music CD that I need to extract.

CDImage.tak 270 MB.
CDImage.flac 312 MB.

please try to help me with this.

Verify the file through commandline, most probably these files have errors.
