dose any one now any good alternative to Libdca http://www.videolan.org/developers/libdca.html and AC3Filter http://ac3filter.net/?

ffmpeg (ffdshow). But I have found ac3filter to be the best for decoding streams at a reference level, ffdshow seems to decode them too loud.
