Does this track belong to a playlist (or several plalist) ?, Any way to get this information ?

Not exactly what u need, but you could try searching the playlists using Quicksearch tool to cofirm whether it is in any playlist or not.

Well, that's what I am doing now when I ask my self "did I put this track in that playlist already ?", I was just looking for improvement ...

May be this could be some useful, you could create a tag say playlist and enter the value u desire then using query syntax u can filter your tracks excluding those tracks which have playlist tag set to (say true).

Edit: Create a custom tag say playlist for all the tracks included in playlist and set its value to 1 then create a cusom coloumn displaying playlist tag value
or try making another playlist or autoplaylist with this TF script
QUOTE
NOT %playlist% HAS 1

i realized that you could do lot more using tags to get your purpose done
