Looking for a flash or hard drive mp3 recorder

hi  !

Do you know good mp3 players with a recording function ?
I need one with Line In. Too many flash players only have
a crappy mic. I know the archos jukeboxes have line in,
but I don't like them (had problems before).
Any suggestions welcome...

Older Iriver flash recorders (IFP-7XX , IFP-8XX and T-30 but NOT the T-10) do a decent job with line-in recording, hampered only by the lack of level meters. You can get them from Iriver as refurbs or closeouts.
