I ve like 4000 Songs collection on my pc, all of them are in one folder nd i m using the folder structure to scroll them (all files are named "Artists" - "Song Title".mp3) Now since i don t use the folder structure with Albums i ave to attach every mp3 with the cover. So, i ave two quoestions;
1) Is there a way to attach them automatically?
2) If i right click on the file, go to taggin - attach pictures - front cover nd then browse for the art photo, will it stay tagged if i do a move the file. Also, if done so will other Players reconize the Front cover too?

I'd love to offer some suggestions, but I'm not getting a good sense of how you've organized based on directory structure. I'll show mine as an example.

M:\Music\Artist ~ Year ~ Album\Artist ~ Year ~ Album ~ Track# ~ Title.m4a
or
M:\Music\Artist\Year ~ Album\Track# ~ Title.m4a

As long as each album is in it's own separate directory/folder, tagging with cover art is easy. mp3tag does this with a built-in script that's super simple to use.

From the title alone, I was going to ask why you didn't post this in MP3 - General, but reading the body implies that you are asking with specific reference to foobar2000 and therefore should have used its general sub-forum. I am moving it to the latter, unless/until it becomes suitably non-specific for the former. It doesn't belong in General Audio in any case. Also, you might want to check your keyboard; it seems to be acting erratically.

As regards your second question: Of course the image will stay in the file, because that is the entire purpose of embedding it, and you could have verified this for yourself easily. And it will be recognised by any other player that supports embedded art competently; foobar2000 does not go out of its way to not play nicely with others.
