any source code library decoding exist ?
where to download it ?

becase the xmms VQF decoder don't work with my files..

How did you make those files? Using Nero?

Because the XMMS plugin uses the only VQF library in existence for Linux (libtvqd.a). It it won't work, nothing will.

And no, there are no decoding sources for VQF. Only perecompiled libraries provided by NTT.
