Okay to make a Dvd audio disc is basically Flac > Separate channel wav's > MLP lossless compression > Dvd-Audio format, a lossless Dvd audio music disc.
Whats the format/programs for making a Bluray lossless audio disc, which is 6 times larger for music? Anyone? This post has been edited by RandyOsbourne: Nov 23 2011, 21:29 |

QUOTE Whats the format/programs for making a Bluray lossless audio disc, which is 6 times larger for music? Wikipedia lists the 7 or 8 valid audio formats for Blu-Ray. I assume Blu-Ray Audio is the same as the video standards since the resolution can be quite high, and the special-incompatible DVDAudio format essentially failed in the marketplace.Anyone? I don't know if there are any consumer Blu-Ray Audio authoring applications, but you might try Sony Vegas which can author Blu-Ray Video discs. (And, you can always make a video disc with a still image or text-graphics.) |

How about Tsmuxer > Blu-ray disc
which creates a BDMV\STREAM\00000.m2ts files? Couldn't this work? |
