FLAC -> OGG-FLAC without recompressing?

I want to convert my collection of .flac files to flac withing an ogg container (because I transcode to ogg vorbis alot and I want my tags to be the same).  My flac collection is kinda big, and I'd like to know how to do a batch conversion without recompressing (although if I have to recompress, it's not a big deal because it's lossless  ).

The tags are not stored in the Ogg container but in the header of the data-stream. You don´t need to "transcode" to Ogg-Flac for tagging.
