PROBLEM WITH WINDOWS MEDIA ENCODER

HI THERE I HAVE A RADIO STATION FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS BUT NOW IM HAVING PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS ENCODER EVERY TIME A START STREAMING IT GIVE ME E ERROR EXACLY EVERY HOUR THAT IT LOSE CONNECTION CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY IS THAT? END ALSO HOW CAN I SOLVE IT? THANKS
