changelog for recent 0.7 RC's?

How about posting the changelog for the recent RC's? Since last week, 0.7 has gone from RC7 to now RC11. I would like to know what has changed so I can know if I need to update or not. The 0.7 changelog does not mention anything about any of the RC releases.

Too much changes too quickly. Peter didnt keep changelogs.

Well from another thread, apparently some bugs were fixed with dithering going from RC10 to RC11. So if you use dithering on your audio, you may want to update.

True, but it wasn't broken in previous versions. Only somewhere in the latest RCs.
