1.2.2’s Converter seems slower, as foobar2000.exe now uses high CPU %

Hi,

With the latest Foobar2000 version, 1.2.2, converting speeds have degraded for me. Looking into the Task Manager while the conversion was being done, I noticed that where previously you would see 4x oggenc.exe sharing pretty much all the CPU load, 25% each, now the resources were split 5-way between the encoders and foobar2000.exe using up ~12-20% for itself.

Anyone else seeing this?
