MP2 : toolame.exe : psy model 1 or 2 ?

Hi,

for my SVCD's I need mp2.

First question:

Is toolame clearly better than mpeg2enc .dll ?

Second:

What psy models appropriate to different bitrates (eg. for 96, 112, 128, 160, 192, 224 kbit/s, all bitrates in stereo, not joint stereo, because of keeping surround info !) are recommended in toolame ?

I believe the documentation for toolame states that psymodel 1 is what the encoder is tuned around to perform the best, so I'd probably stick with that.

Just for a bit of trivia, however, MPC was built upon MP2 using psymodel 2.
