Foobar 0.9.1: selected track as next?

This behaviour was default in 0.8. How do I get it on in 0.9? I can't find right place in Preferences.

And is there some kind of queue system for foobar 0.9? You could add songs to queue from playlist and then it plays them in order.

Thanks for any response.
