Is vorbis packet size linear with bitrate? |

I just don't feel like learning specifications and came to this relation:
bitrate = packetsize*8/23 for packetsize in bytes Can this be valid? I mean is there linear relation between vorbis packet size and bitrate? -------------------- Scripts (mainly foobar2000 related): http://goo.gl/yje3h
