F12 key + Global Hot Key

Why, it is impossible to program the F12 key + Global Hot Key.  F12 Alone, c'est possible, but not Total Hot Key.

It is possible.  I've got mine set to open foobar.  Maybe you've got something else that's already capturing the F12 key.

F12 global hotkey never worked for me neither, i thought thats how it was meant to be ?

edit: Curious george are you talking about hoekey or something? since you said it "opens" foobar.
