Don't get me wrong, but I think it will be too much. Other buttons are really useful, but this.. not that much
 On the other side you can hide that panel so it won't do any harm if it's there

So I was using kameleon_rate_to_db=1 because I didn't want to change the "Date Modified" for my mp3's, but then I noticed that once I moved an album folder from one location to another, the ratings would get lost! So I gave in and changed the above setting back to "0" so that ratings get tagged in the file... however, now when I rate an mp3, the tags are lost, at least in the Vista Windows Explorer view as well as in the dbPowerAmp tab in file properties:
First 2 tracks were rated with default setting (in Tag, not database):  dbPowerAmp tab in Windows Explorer file properties for first track:  When I right click on the file > Properties in Foobar, it _does_ show the tags with <RATING> added, but other programs show the tracks as having no tags... I for example have a youtube and wiki button there. |

However I have a problem. When i move cursor over left panel, it is constantly updating-reloading images, which results in annoying flickering. I made a small video to demonstrate - http://rapidshare.com/files/201479405/kameleon.avi it was present in previous version, but botton quick search buttons make it even more obvious. ok i can live without popup (is showing even if i don't have any comment, i don't know what colour to choose in ELp) but
 there is an artist name and should not be. how to remove?

pop up problem solved: in foobar2000.exe right mouse click and in compatibility tab - choose 3X disable: themes, composition, dpi (just for 1 foobar restart/ later after colour choose untick all!!) .then go to ELp properties and choose D/6 that gray in custom colour: r/g/b 40/40/40 . for me it was working.

I have another problem - on dual display setup, when foobar is on the secondary monitor, the ELPlaylist popup does not show.
In order to show you must deselect "prevent going outside of display" in settings/misc. Thought might help somebody else. |
