it is like lame 3.100 alpha 2 on http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php, i tested perfectly with -V 0 parameter
bug fixed: mediainfo can show encoder setting now
32bit and 64bit

LAME 3.100.alpha2 (2013-12-18) has not fixed the LAME3.100Ý bug, why is uploaded on http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php ?

Lame3100a released
bug fixed: Mediainfo can show encoder setting now
