Foobar2000 can't load more than 118 plugins under Windows 7

When I try to run foobar2000 with more than 118 plugins installed, it loads only 118. Others are not loaded with message

If I try to run foobar with 120 plugins installed - this error is occurred for 2 plugins; if I try to run foobar with 130 plugins installed - error is occurred for 12 plugins. Plugins that are not loaded are never the same, it seems purely random.
Removing problematic components reported by troobleshooter doesn't solve this problem.
This happens for portable installation and for standard installation. In 1.2.9 and in 1.3 beta. This never happened on Win XP SP3.

My OS is windows 7 ultimate 32 bit with latest updates, UAC is disabled, foobar run from administrator

This looks to be a limitation of either foobar2000 or Windows 7 (Zao found this and this). While this is investigated further, you might want to reduce the number of the components you're using. Thanks for reporting.
It's only audiophile if it's inconvenient.
