List of recommended LAME settings

i have read on http://wiki.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?title=LAME that -V0 is ~245 kbps
i have experienced it is ~270 kbps since 3.99.5 version
please update the guide!

Shouldn't it be the max bitrate, 320 kbps?

He's on about VBR, not CBR.
