Networking preferences acting weird in 1.3.1!

The slider often resets to 16kB even if set to 16384 kB manually.

Statusbar time display (and total time of selection) also seems to be acting weird sometimes in 1.3.1 for internet streams. It's sometimes showing the "total timeplayed" statistics too. But I don't have them configured to be there.

To reproduce the slider problem you actually have to play a stream too!

Titleformatting has no access to total time played statistics. I also fail to make network buffer size change on its own. How often is this supposed to happen?
