John33 did it! Now, you can drag'n'drop AIF, AU, SND... files, as well as ADPCM encoded ones on OggDropXP.

It has a better LibSndFile implementation than Lame. (At least, it doesn't produce noise from my IMA ADPCM and aLaw test files tongue.gif )

Please, give it a try, and report any bugs ASAP.

Now, John33 compiled OggEnc with libsndfile.

It's at the same place.
