Kane released a directshow filter which is based on Otachan's in_mpg123.

I personaly find it a little bit more CPU friendly than the Fhg DS decoder
1.041 is out

This produces horrible artifacts at lower bitrate VBR unless min bitrate is set to at least 128 kbps at encode time, or regular (LR) stereo is used.
