Is there a program out there that discerns if a lossless file was sourced from a lossy file?

QUOTE (adlai @ Apr 15 2004, 04:06 PM) Is there a program out there that discerns if a lossless file was sourced from a lossy file? If you use some audio editing program (i use Adobe Audition (former Cool Edit Pro)) that has spectral view you can see difference. Open real WAV file and MP3 then zoom both and switch to spectral view (View/Spectral Vew here). Difference is too big to be not noticed. This post has been edited by Huckaedlo: Apr 17 2004, 07:11 |
