I have an Audigy 2 ZS (bleh). I downloaded the ASIO output plugin for both Winamp and Foobar, and neither one works. When I choose ASIO for the output of Winamp, I press play and nothing happens. When I try it on Foobar, I am greeted with an error telling me "failed in initialization of ASIO driver."
Now, it's my understanding that the Audigy 2 ZS supports ASIO, so I don't really know what could be wrong. Any ideas? -------------------- You've had the misfortune of running into me. I'm a life-wrecking idiot.

you might be re-installing original driver, or trying "kX Audio Driver" following uri:
http://kxproject.lugosoft.com/ QUOTE The kX Audio Driver is an independent WDM (Windows Driver Model) driver for all EMU10K1 and EMU10K2-based soundcards manufactured by Creative Technology Ltd. and/or E-mu Systems Inc., including the SoundBlaster Live! series, the E-mu Audio Production Studio (APS) card, and the Audigy / Audigy2 series of cards.
