[request] Copy/Move Plugin

I don't know if there's any plugin like this but...

I'd like a plugin to copy or move files, for portable devices and stuff.
Why?
Here's what i had in mind:
I'd randomize the playlist and then copy the files in that order so that i could listen to the files in that order (since the built-in random playback from my creative rhomba sucks!).

Any one interested?

Well, you would need a separate component for almost every device, or at least a component that knew how to communicate with different players.

Not that it is any help for you, but foo_pod has an option where it will automatically create randomized playlists, in addition to user-defined TAGZ format based sorting.

There's already something similar, though not quite identical.

You can drag items from the playlist, and drop them off in a folder of your choice in Windows Explorer.

The playlist item files will be copied, with identical filenames.

If the filenames could be customized with TAGZ, like $num(%_filelist_index%,3)_$replace(%artist%-%title%, ,_) this, then that would be great.

From what i read (and maybe i'm wrong), foo_pod only detects the iPod hardware.
Other portable players (like Creative Rhomba) use the mass storage USB driver (the one that turns your player into a normal drive like G:, D:, etc.), that allows copy/move directly from explorer.

Anyway, i'll try both foo_pod and foo_explorer and see wich one is best for my needs, but making a plug-in would also be great (for other purposes)!

Nope, none worked...
I guess i have to keep doing it the hard way until someone decides to make the plug-in.
