Noobie- Lots of questions

Hi,
I'm totally new here so go easy on me. I've been using Foobar for less than a yr and i'm really impressed by it. The problem i have is, i found it not to be as user friendly as MusicMatch 10 . I know i shouldn't compare the two but i find myself using MusicMatch 10 more due the the user friendliness of their lay out.

Is there a plug in or skin ( sorry, i get all these terms mixed up ) that will closely resemble the Musicmatch 10 lay out ? Maybe i'm not creative enough  but at this time i want to be able to use Foobar without going thru my notes before. Also, i hope i'm not infringing on any copyrights violations here.

If such a beast exist, can someone take me thru the steps of installing it ? As you can see i'm technologically challenged. I know there's a lot of info out there but i don't have a lot of time available to me. Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.

First of all you'll need [a href="http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=28647]ui_columns. Put the .dll in your foobar\components directory.  Restart foobar.  In the "Display" section of your settings, change the User Interface Module to Columns UI.  Restart again.  In the Components menu you'll find a "Columns UI" item.  Within that are "Enable Sidebar" and "Show Sidebar."  Make sure both are checked.  To add items to the sidebar, such as the albumlist panel (which is a sorted library of all your music), right-click on gray areas in the sidebar.

That should get you started.  The best way to learn is to read the forums and play around with foobar.  A lot.  Check out "Must-know sites" and "Most Sought-after plugins" in the "General" area of these forums.

edit: added default ui setting

Take a look at the [a href="http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=30988]foobar gallery too, to see what kind of layouts are possible.
