command line id3v2 tagger

Looking for a command line tool for Windows/DOS that'll add a custom field to and ID3v2 tag ("TOTALTRACKS" field)

any program i can call from a command line to add the tag would work, heck it'd be great if FB2K supported it...but I'm not sure

Thanks

I get an error using "foobar2000.exe /tag" saying the command doesn't exsist

Code: [Select]
unknown commandline parameter: /tag

has the syntax changed for 0.9?
