I have this message:
Error writing to file (This encoder requires Nero to be installed on your system) : file://C:\MP3\NERO\16. Beethoven.mp4 Computer was rebooted twice. The encoder is working through Nero's own interface. Are your files encoded with the new encoder: tool = Nero AAC codec / Apr 19 2006 ? |

That's weird, because foobar2000 reports on my side a different information (no codec number anymore but a release date). You can check it by downloading a very small sample:
