remove dead items

Hi,
found a bug in fb0.9.3 beta3's "remove dead items" component for playlists (edit -> remo...)
to reproduce just add a new location to playlist; no need to play:

this is e.g. a relay radio stream from streamripper

"remove dead items" seems like to hang in an endless loop...
