[request] foo_browser_mod

As the title says, I would like to have a component like foo_browser, but which could show pictures and different font sizes like foo_uie_trackinfo_mod (or foo_uie_single_column).
This would be very great for selecting albums, artist, tags and other things.
I hope that it isn't very hard to do for some programmer.
I would love it.

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm not sure how feasible is. This would be cool for the lyrics panel as well. I'd be more interested in adding images like the glass effect to the panels though.
