tagging woes (truncated text)

i've only just noticed that my hardware mp3 player is truncating the text on the title of some mp3s. thinking this was a limitation of the player display i didn't think much of it. but then loading the files into windows media player 10 truncates the titles in the exact same way. so now i'm slightly miffed. what gives?

i'm not fussed about windows media player but i would like the full info displayed on my mp3 player if possible. (tis an archos xs202s)

Now could someone tell the OP how to get foobar to write ID3V2.3 tags?

foobar 0.9.4 can write to id3v2.3 by setting it up on the advance settings window.
