.ape format on foobar

i wonder if its possible to play .ape in foobar with out converting and all that stuff.. i checked out couple of topics showing how. but im just not getting it.

That works fine to play APE files, but I have some full CDs in APE format with CUE files, and it doesn't split them like it does for WV (wavepack) files. Is there some setting I'm missing (I'm a newbie here)?
