few question about Panels UI

The first and and most important one
when i used Columns UI i made few buttons in the Track Disply but when i moved to Panels UI used almost the same code it doesnt shows any button why?

my second question is, within the Panels UI i have lyric show panel but i cant scroll it. there is a way to fix it?

and my third question, is there a way to make buttons that will minimize and restore down foobar?

For the second question, the answer is yes, use the  modified version of Lyrics Show Panel
